Fred Picinich and his remodeling crew did an amazing job, completely renovating our bathroom. Fred brought in the best of the best for painting with Gary Corrado, granite top installation with AJ, plumbing from Knowledgeable Plumbing. Our kitchen looks spectacular. A few years ago, we moved to New Jersey and bought a house that needed help. The house inspector recommended Fred. That was the best piece of advice I could have received. While I was out of state, Fred finished the basement, painted the whole interior, refinished the hardwood floors, upgraded the electric, as well as numerous other fixes. Everything was done on budget and on time. With one exception, all the work was done well-and on the exception, Fred hauled the sub-contractor back in for an immediate fix! It was a pleasure working with Fred. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again!

When we bought our home, we needed to have the kitchen upgraded, as well as have several minor repairs in the house. Fred, who was recommended by our attorney and house inspector, was fabulous! He is a real craftsman who pays attention to the detail of a project as well as the overall management of the project. He is personable, honest, and affable. A year or so later, we wanted to add an additional bathroom to our home, there was no other consideration… Fred is the only contractor we will use. We are currently planning for our next construction project!

Fred and the crew at FTP are wonderful and I can't say enough positive things about them. They are a quality organization that cares about doing the right thing for their customers. They have completed projects for me before so after a recent rain storm I called them and told then that I thought I needed to replace my 14 year old garden window because it leaked horribly. Fred Picinich came over and looked things over. Instead of agreeing with me, he suggested that we try fixing the flashing above the window first. He and another member of his team made the adjustments and no further leaks.
